Projects delivered by Veltrio across business operations, application support, websites, and reporting. Internal architecture blueprints are shown separately below.
Developed and supported a call-center portal used by 120 staff across three locations, with real-time WebSocket chat, role-based administration, dashboards, and four CRUD modules backed by Node APIs and SQL Server.
Supported HIS, software, hardware, and FreePBX operations for a 120-person team, handling a queue of 20–200 requests per day. Documented ten recurring issues with playbooks to make repeat fixes faster.
Built and documented Power BI reports for each Shifa branch, providing branch-level reporting across the organization.
Built Bootstrap analytics dashboards for management reports and optimized platform load performance.
Built two enterprise WordPress sites, integrated payment gateways and APIs, and handled monthly security audits, patching, and performance monitoring.

03 // HOW WE WORK
Every engagement follows a consistent four-stage process—from discovery to delivery—so you always know where we are and what comes next.
Understand business requirements, existing workflows, system constraints, and project objectives before defining any solution.
Define system boundaries, data models, integration contracts, and the user experience before writing code.
Build modular, well-typed software components, validate behavior against requirements, and integrate the required systems.
Prepare deployment, provide complete documentation and handover, and provide ongoing maintenance where agreed.
04 // WHY VELTRIO
Five commitments that shape every system we design and every line of code we write.
Source code, documentation, and architectural decisions are delivered and explained according to the project agreement. You own what we build.
Modular architecture, strict TypeScript interfaces, and clear separation of concerns so the system can be understood, extended, and maintained after delivery.
Systems are engineered with defined API contracts so they communicate cleanly with existing tools and operational workflows.
Input validation, role-based access control, and reliable data handling appropriate to the project scope and sensitivity of the data.
You collaborate directly with the engineers designing and building the system—not through layers of account management.
Let's Build Something
Start with a conversation. Tell us what you're building, what's not working, or what you need to exist. We'll scope it honestly.
